- If the status of your package has changed past βLabel Createdβ or βThe shipment notification has been sent,β please understand that it has likely already left our Fulfillment Center and is with the shipping carrier. At this point, we may not be able to stop the delivery, but we will still reach out to the carrier and try every possible measure to assist you.
