- Your order will be sent out within 1 to 5 business days. For US addresses, delivery is 7-20 business days; international is 10-25 days.

- Your order is scheduled for shipping within 1 to 5 business days from when it was placed. Should we be able to ship it earlier, an email with your shipping confirmation and a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided. This ensures you can keep track of your package’s expected arrival.

- Here are some reasons why tracking information may not be available:
- In cases of high shipping demand, the first scan of your package may happen when it arrives at a regional hub near its final delivery location. Until this scan takes place, the carrier may not show acknowledgment of the package’s receipt.
- You may not see the first scan until the package reaches its final delivery location.
- There may be a delay before your tracking information is updated.
- Some shipping methods, including Standard International, do not include tracking. However, your package should arrive within 20 to 25 business days without issue.

How are shipping and delivery dates calculated?
- Our delivery estimates are based on the combination of the transit time and shipping date.
- Transit time is based on your selected shipping method and is calculated in business days. Saturdays and Sundays generally do not count unless you have opted for weekend delivery during checkout. We also factor in holidays when determining your estimated delivery time.
- We may provide an "order within" countdown timer for some delivery dates, showing the time left to place your order to ensure delivery by the date shown. This date is subject to change before you submit your order, and your confirmed delivery date will be included in the order confirmation email.
- Free Shipping offers delivery within 7 to 25 business days. We use affordable shipping options to help reduce costs, and this may mean a slightly longer processing time than expected. But rest assured, we’ll make sure your order arrives within the outlined delivery window.
Expedited Shipping
- For us to provide you with the most affordable item, we seldom offer expedited shipping.
- If it is available on the Shipping/Checkout page, the delivery is within 7 to 15 business days for US and 10 to 20 business days for International Shipping.
